SuperPower ROM Box

A Seven Socket Rom Box from Micro Power (?), contains Programmer's Toolbox and Basic Extensions ROM
Unknown why the article is called "Micro Power ROM Box" - the photo shows a "Super Power" box - or is that sarcasm, saying that it was not-so-powerful (?)
Not much is known about this interface please add..
