A RAM expansion card with battery backup

The Ramcard 128 is a ROM expansion card by RAM7. Like the Inicron ROM-RAM-Box the ROMs are simulated with RAM memory. The memory is backed up with an onboard battery.

It has a maximum capacity of 128Kb.
