Also known as Creeping Death, Tim was editor of [[Artificial Intelligence]] and, for a while, [[Amstrad Action]]'s public domain columnist. Within the pages of [[BTL]] he was often referred to as Tim BLACKBOND, in homage to a [[Keith Woods]] rant in [[CPC Forever]] which contained the memorably capitalised phrase "BLACKBOND is a proven LIAR".
