Both doesn't make too much sense...
* KBit would be nonsense (256Kbit would be only 32Kbyte).
* Kbyte wouldn't be Dk'tronics compatible (which can handle max 512Kbyte)
Possibly, it is 2Mbyte, and the first 512Kbyte are accessed in Dk'tronics-style fashion, and the remaining 1.5MByte are accessed in unknown fashion?
