Small German company founded in 1992 by [[Mike Behrendt]], Birgit Reimers and [[The Cranium|Wolfgang Noisternig]]. It combined Behrendt's formerly in 1991 founded '''MB-Versand''', the software trader '''Batsoft''' from Oldenburg, Germany, and two hardware specialists.
Distributor of software and trader of commercial and public domain software and hardware. Also made hardware projects like building a CPC 464+ out of a [[Plus|GX4000]].
Branches were in Cologne, Ratzeburg, Duisburg and Edewecht (all Germany).
