Changes

* open the right plastic case of the ribbon

* soak the sponge with ink (use gloves!)

* put everything back together

* print several pages full of text until the ribbon is soaked again with ink

To speed up the process, you can use a small sponge, soak it with ink and press it against the ribbon while the printer prints.
