3??Â?" & 5??Â?" ???

Maybe 3"1/2 and 5"1/4 should be more suitable... We should rename this then ? Or use another code for characters... Being french, my FireFox doesn't seems to understand thoses.

The same problem seems to happen when somone uses french "Accentuations" é è à ù and so on...
