The Games Machine was a UK magazine produced by Newsfield Ltd which covered all the 8-bit computers at the time. Amstrad news and Game reviews appeared from the first issue and were common features.

It started in October 1987 and finished in September 1990. Newfield's Amtix finished in April 1987.
