Switchblade is one of the rare PLUS Cartridge game to remain in Mode1 (perhaps the only one indeed).
Yet the PLUS extra features were quite decently inplemented.
- Addition of Raster colour changes for the sky (see pictures) to get a sweet Red gradiant.
- Hardwired sprites used to just add extra colours as background tiles.
