Changes

The Mad Scientist (Chris Smith) was a UK coder, and member of [[STS]] and [[WACCI]].

He founded and ran the [[WACCI BBS]], a bulletin board using [[ROS]] software. He also contributed to demos such as the [[STS Music Demo]].
