: IMHO there's no point of having this article here. The guy was trying to protect his trademark (which is understandable and acceptable) but failing to understand that Beau Jolly is a long dead company and CPCZone has nothing to do with any promotion or selling of that (already dead) piece of software is rather strange and funny. If Amstrad company closes at some point, can i then register "Amstrad" as a trademark and ask everyone to stop using it? ;) What a way to kill history...

Beau Jolly
