Hangman (Rob Scott) was a coder, writer and the founder of STS. His programs included the Speedlock decryption utility Soft-Lok.
Rob was technical editor for CPC Attack! and an editor of BTL.
He appeared in the BTL 4 Reservoir Dogs intro as "Mr Pink".
