Deutast is a utility disk sold by ESCON GmbH in 1985 at a 39.50 DM price, that redefines part of the character set to allow the CPC to be used as a standard German typewriter.

In the disk, there are both the AmsDOS and the CP/M versions of the program, and a program to allow the printer to print correctly the newly redefined characters.

A set of stickers to customize the CPC keyboard was also included in three different colors.
