* The handbook and schematic say the CRTC is a CM 607.* Other people say: "I think the KC compact has a HD6845S CRTC. This is a type 0 and is the most compatible for demos."* The text on the photo of the PCB is too blurred to say anything but that it does definetly NOT read HD6845S, nor CM 607 (so far, it is '''unknown''' what kind of CRTC(s) is (or are) used in the KC Compact)
