Small company founded in 1992 by Mike Behrendt in Cologne, Germany. It combined his formerly in 1991 founded MB-Versand, the software trader Batsoft from Oldenburg, Germany, and two hardware specialists.

Distributor of software and trader of commercial and public domain software and hardware. Also made hardware projects like building a CPC 464+ out of a GX4000.

Branches were in Cologne, Germany, and Ratzeburg, Germany.
