You simply need to run around as fast as you can and collect the pieces of the machine before the time runs out! Along the way you can be killed in various ways and also set back by having your clothes taken or ecountering locked doors. You really need to map out the fastest routes regarding collection and drop off of the machine pieces. Riff Raf and xxx Eddie on his motor bike can kill you. The others just slow you down and get in the way. Have fun!
