Indescomp is the spanish company that distributed Amstrad CPC computers and Amsoft software in Spain. They have also launched the CPC 6128 in USA (see here).

Indescomp publish software for another 8bit platforms Vic20/C64 (with the own mark); Spectrum (for Investronica) and MSX (for Sony & Spectravideo). Besides Indescomp group had the sub-brand Microbyte who publish for 8bit and PC (1512, 1640...)
Finally Alan Sugar bought Indescomp who become Amstrad Spain Ltd. Indescomp president José Luis Domínguez, was then an important chairman of Alan Sugar. This maked Amstrad was the giant during years on computer selling (CPC, Spectrum +2 +3, PCW & PC) in Spain.
