I thought the VGA was decoded as 01xxxxxx xxxxxxxx (ie. Bit 14 = 1 also) Executioner 02:10, 5 July 2007 (CEST) Does the Symbiface really use the whole first 10 bits?

@pdt: If you take most of this data from the FutureOS handbook without permission, then you should at least provide the original source of information.
