"Le Canard Déchainé" was a french HOT paper fanzine in the early 90's.
It was realized by a band of young people who lived in the Paris' suburb (91800 - Fanconville).
The fanzine was created by Toug (Monsieur BARRE Tanguy).
Some news writters and coders joined the team : LCC, Wild, Hydris, Q2K alias Kukulcan...
