:Well, I thought about the sidebar when I did this design. My intention was to remove as much as possible from the sidebar, because today it is too overloaded (e.g. you have to scroll to reach the "search" field). The main page should be an entry from where you can start browsing the Wiki and reach the most important articles directly. What's about using the layout of Wikipedia? Unfortunately currently I have no experience with MediaWiki tables. Regarding the content I think we shouldn't copy sidebar links on the main page. What's about sections like: - Welcome/Description - CPC scene news - CPCWiki related news - new articles (larger ones) - additional important links not listed in the sidebar
