Electronic Arts began in 1983 to produce software for the Commodore 64 computers and IBM compatibles. They later branched onto other machines - their best known title The Bards Tale was released on practically every machine of the time.
They are still going strong today with their games based on the Harry Potter licence as-well as the FIFA Football series.
