CPM 3.0 (also known as CPM+) was available on the 2nd System Disc for CPC6128. It required 128KB to run and provided 63K TPAbut there were other implementations available.

Amstrad distributed CP/M+ on the side 4 of the system discs that came with the CPC6128. It provided 61K TPA.
On side 1 was CP/M 2.2.
