EPROM Programmer from [[Microgenic Systems]].
Reportedly requires a 15 volt AC power supply which plugs into the socket located at the top right hand corner of the board (not confirmed / no warranty).
Uses a NEC uPD71055 chip, which seems to be an (exact?) clone of the more common [[8255 PPI chip]]. The (blank) EPROMs are to be inserted in the 28pin Textool (located at the upper edge of the board).
